Zhen Goh joins our team as Managing Director and will lead our work from the Singapore Office.
Zhen has broad international experience and is recognized as a global leader in sensemaking, complexity and narrative research. She is a Social Anthropologist by training and brings that human systems lens to client projects.
Zhen is an active proponent of: “knowledge is a martial art” and believes that responsible business and research must advance societal improvement. Zhen contributed directly to developing the methods and thinking linked to the award winning Cynefin framework, and how it can be effectively mobilised to develop confidence in complexity. Alongside Dave Snowden (AGLX’s Advisor), she co-authored the book Cynefin – Weaving Sense-Making into the Fabric of Our World.
Zhen will lead our customer work in the Asia region, as well as adding value to our wider global team.
